On some pages, you can submit a form to request for more information or to receive an email from an employee of Soluntech, Inc. How do we use your information?

Do we use cookies?

Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.
  • Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website.
  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can easily be found on the page specified above.

This section applies to California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides certain rights regarding personal information.

COPPA

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Soluntech S.A.S. aware of the relevance and importance of protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information managed in order to achieve organizational objectives within the framework of activities and processes related to the development, support, and maintenance of software, as well as software project management, has established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on the ISO 27001 standard and commits to:

  • Manage the risks associated with Information Security (I.S.);
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information based on the results of the risk analysis conducted;
  • Meet the requirements and expectations related to I.S. from all interested parties;
  • Provide the necessary physical, human, financial, and infrastructure resources;
  • Develop and strengthen the competencies required by staff to assume their responsibilities and authorities related to I.S.;
  • Communicate, raise awareness, and engage both in-house staff and suppliers in I.S. management;
  • Ensure that the ISMS achieves the expected results; and
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the ISMS.

Soluntech S.A.S consciente de la relevancia e importancia de proteger la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información que se gestiona con el fin de cumplir los objetivos organizacionales en el marco de las actividades y procesos relacionados con el desarrollo, soporte y mantenimiento de software, así como la gestión de proyectos de software, ha establecido un Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad de la Información (SGSI) en base a la norma ISO 27001 y se compromete a:

  • Gestionar los riesgos asociados a la Seguridad de la Información (SI);

2. TRATAMIENTO Y FINALIDADES

3.1. FINALIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA GENERAL: Atender consultas, transferir información al equipo de trabajo, efectuar registros contables/bancarios, trámites legales, enviar comunicaciones de interés, reportes a autoridades.

3.2. FINALIDAD DE GESTIÓN DE CLIENTES Y MERCADEO: Validación de negocios jurídicos, estudio de antecedentes, fortalecimiento de relaciones, envío de información comercial, investigación administrativa.

3.3. FINALIDAD DE GESTIÓN DE TALENTO HUMANO: Regulación de ciclos (ingreso, permanencia, retiro), evaluación de obligaciones, pago de nómina, afiliaciones a seguridad social.
