As a Tech Lead, you will help engineer a better tomorrow by envisioning solutions that solve clients’ problems, proposing technologies that can be implemented across multiple projects.
To ensure that projects propel to excellence, Tech Leads are responsible for teams' overall technical by staffing projects according to projects' needs and Soluntechrs' abilities. Also, as a Tech Lead, you will use your communication skills to document and share knowledge across Soluntech through coaching and mentorship sessions.

Tech Leads are responsible for helping Soluntech create technology roadmaps and auditing projects to ensure that teams implement best practices. These activities avoid any possible issues that could affect projects in the foreseeable future.

Experience with Agile environments: Working towards a common goal is Soluntech and Agile’s main motivation. Tech Leads aim to lead their teams to this goal.
Analytical thinking: Bringing solutions from paper to life needs an exceptional analytical thinking ability. Tech Leads are in continuous search of the best practices in every activity they do. They need to be able to foresee different outcomes and tools that might be necessary for the process. These are just some of the reasons why analytical thinking is imperative.
Created implementation roadmaps: Soluntech is a growing company that is ever-innovating its technology capabilities. Tech Leads help Soluntech do such a thing by creating implementation roadmaps that introduce technologies that can be implemented across multiple projects, improving the profitability and readability of projects.
Some things that will help you thrive in this role:
Expertise in FullStack Development
Relative experience in one or more of the following technologies: Swift, Kotlin, React, Node.JS, MongoDB
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Experience with DevOps
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure
Knowledge of documentation tools such as Swagger
Technical documentation
Performs routine application maintenance to ensure the production environment runs smoothly.
Deeply knowledge and experience about cloud architecture
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
